The location is very close to the pyramids. The room is clean and fancy with the theme of Egyptian history. Gamal, his wife, and Mahmoud were the owners of the place who treated us like a family from the first to the last day. They also offer tours at a fair price, the private car is waiting for you for the whole tour so you dont have to waste time for transportation from one place to another. The breakfast was good, delicious and with plenty of food. The wife made fresh juice of guava every morning out of courtesy, which was so nice of her. Gamal was extremely hospitable and friendly. He always made sure that we enjoyed the stay in his place and Egypt. He also treated us like family, which created a very positive atmosphere in the place. Him and his son Mahmoud would recommend what is the best, and according to what you like, they will create the itinerary for the day. Also, Mahmoud, who is certified tour gide, was very personable and professional. He gave us so much information about the tours and also the life in Egypt as well. Overall, it was an amazing experience. It is highly recommended, and if we ever come back, we would definitely stay in the same place because we really feel like a part of the Gamal family.

The best Hotel i visit with my Family . Its a Family Business the are very very Kind and friendly. The Hotel its extrem Clean also you can book breakfast. Any Tour you want to make ITS possible and the have the best price for all you need rooms breakfast Tour. The have Manny Tours and the dont scam you Like others Evrybody with gud Manners ITS Welcome . Anything you need in the Hotel and outside ask the owner or His sons. I Take the owner for one week tu be ower Driver and Tour Guide and he makes the best and correckt prices . If anybody come to visit the Pyramids i prefer this Hotel Thanks a Lot to the owner So good will i will come Back with my family next year Thanks a lot to Mister Gamal

The view of the pyramids and the place is more than wonderful, the service is wonderful and the treatment from the summer staff is very friendly. Lunch there has a special taste. It is a really wonderful experience and I must repeat it a lot. Thanks to all the people and especially Mr. Hamed. The welcome is more than wonderful.

I traveled to Egypt with my family, and we got scammed by our first hotel upon arriving. We contacted Mahmoud, owner of the Hapi Pyramids Hotel, and he came to pick us up himself, litterally within the hour. The care we received was incredible and truly reassuring as we were traveling to this part of the world for the first time, and we were off the rough start. He brought us back to his hotel, that he runs with his family, in a private, locked building, very close but not on a main street. This place is freshly renovated, clean, and has a magnificent double terrasse on the roof where you have a clear, beautiful view of the pyramids every moment/meal of the day. He treated us like family and saw to our every need. His mother and brother cooked delicious egyptian cuisine for us for every meal, and Mahmoud always made himself available to help us or drive us to our activities. He offers a wide range of excursions for very reasonable prices (i recommend booking with him directly before your trip) he speaks English and Spanish (we are hispanic so that was a great comfort to us) and is very knowledgeable about the area, as he not only grew up in Gizeh, but is also a licensed tour guide. I can't thank him enough for welcoming me and my family, I highly recommend his establishment to all of you who are looking for an authentic experience here in Egypt/Gizeh. Gracias Mahmoud!
